At Mooncat, we want you to be obsessed with your lunar manicure; if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return or exchange your products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that all items must be in their original packaging and in gently used or new condition to qualify.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to download and print at home.
Pack Your Lacquers
Securely pack your items in the original Mooncat box to prevent breakage during transit and attach the prepaid label to the outside.
Receive Your Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
